beez's bump.

another one of my favorites went and got knocked up. technically she gave birth last week to a beautiful baby girl (finn totally called it) but i just finished her photos. anyway - congratulations, my darling friend.

in a word: lazy.

i am pregnant... 28 1/2 weeks pregnant to be exact. couple that with the winter funk and you have a perfect recipe for not wanting to take pictures or post on a blogger account.

but i am dusting off the camera and ready to hop back in the saddle until june when i'm sure there will be another huge dropoff. i'm here now though!

these kids belong to one of seth's longtime friends. and they have the collective best heads of hair ever. ever.

december wedding.

it was 60 degrees outside! yes, in december. while it was nice to be outside and not freeze it'd sure be nice if we got a little snow before Christmas.

these kiddos are meg and emily's nieces and nephews from their brother toby and his wife and sister shell and her hubs. so in the last month i've had the good fortune to shoot all four siblings and their respective families. not going to lie... kind of makes me feel special to do it all for them.

my girlfriend meg is one of seven girls i know that are currently pregnant. annnndddddd i love it. i want all my friends to be knocked up and megan now knows exactly how i feel.  i took a trip up to mundelein (or wisconsin, as i like to think of it) to capture her and her glowing glory with her beautiful family.

another family session. we shot in between rain sprinkes and finished minutes before it started pouring. here's to perfect timing! such a sweet, sweet family and it was a pleasure to get to know them.
